Wolf Pack of Two - Brigitte and Bryan

This is one of those rare instances where I don't need to ask the question, "How did you two meet?" Why? Because I was there.

Bryan is a dear friend of mine from business school. He and I met each other early on and remained great friends throughout. When I learned that he was going to be staying in the area after school, I was ecstatic to know I'd have a friend to distract me from my lack of a job and direction.

Then, in a nice turn of events, I learned that Brigitte would be subletting the same apartment as I. We became fast friends. We ate our meals together, had regular movie nights -- I still haven't quite forgiven her for making me sit through Man on Wire -- and we ran around the streets of Raleigh/Durham in search of good music, great food and tasty summer beverages.

Introduce The Hangover

It was early June 2009. We were all anxiously awaiting the release of the film sure to be the next Old School, The Hangover. I emailed all of my peeps, but the only peeps who were interested were Byran and Brigitte. So we set off, our wolf pack of three to The Streets at Southpoint. We stopped in at the Cheesecake Factory for a round of shots and then....

I vaguely remember a tiger, a live chicken, strands of pearls hanging from the ceiling, some text messaging, date nights, and a few trivia nights... It all seems like such a blur. My how time flies when you're falling in love. Almost two wonderful years later as we approach the release of Hangover 2, they get engaged! How fitting right? Now they are a Wolf Pack of Two.

I am so happy that I was there at the beginning, because now I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt, that they are made for each other. Here are a couple of impromptu shots I took when I visited the two of them in North Carolina.

Congratulations Bryan and Brigitte! Looking forward to the wedding. :)

One of these is not like the other...
I saw this wall and thought it would make a great background. Doesn't hurt that the foreground is cute too. :)
